Law

It is a science that regulates the relations of individuals, societies and states within themselves and with each other and determines how they should be, enacted according to certain procedures by authorized bodies, supported by public power, and encompassing all of the norms in force with sanction power. In short, law tries to protect the common good and interest in the relations between the individual, society and the state. Persons who defend legal relations are lawyer. It is not possible to make a complete definition as the law conceptually changes over the periods. However, it is binding, general, abstract and continuous in terms of the rules it lays down. In terms of these rules, elements of law emerge. It has three basic elements: rule, sanction and state. Without these elements, the law cannot be mentioned. When law is considered as a scientific discipline, it is divided into two branches as private and public law. These branches of law are also divided into different sub-branches.
